This is Serious Ming Ming by Fisher-Price

For children aged 18 months up, Fisher-Price brings Ming Ming the Wonder Pet to life – and into the ranks of top toys for Christmas 2008. Plush and standing 13 inches high, she has two modes.

In play mode, when Serious Ming Ming hears the “Can Phone” song she answers the “Can Phone,” strikes her famous pose and dances the “This is Serious” dance. In interaction mode she shares her adventures and teaches children how to do her dance themselves.
